Frequently Asked Questions
How is shipping calculated? We have a standard shipping rate of $5 per order. We do not offer expedited shipping. You should expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped. If you happen to place your order and realize something is not correct (address, sizes, items etc.) please call the store immediately and we can assist you.
In-Store Pick Up
If you choose to order online and pick up in-store (Peacocks & Pearls Lexington) you can collect your items the following day. When you arrive at the store tell an employee you are there to pick up an online order. Please be prepared to show your ID when you come in.
Returns & Exchanges
Return for a full refund 7 days after purchase with receipt and tags. You may return for store credit an additional 7 days after that. After 14 days you will not be permitted to return. No returns will be accepted without receipt and tags. No returns will be accepted on items with discounts of 30% or more. No returns will be accepted that were originally purchased from the Owensboro Peacocks & Pearls location.
Return for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, returns will be accepted as long as the package is post marked within the 14 days after the purchase. Should you need to return items you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Peacocks & Pearls Lexington. (200 Lexington Green Circle, Suite #170, Lexington, KY 40503) Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them. No returns will be accepted on items with discounts of 30% or more or items in the Sale collection as they are final sale. Merchandise returned without original tags attached or a damaged tag will not be accepted for a refund. No returns will be accepted that were originally purchased from the Owensboro Peacocks & Pearls location.
How to return:
1. Email email@example.com, include your name, phone number, and what you will be sending back to us.
2. Mail your package to Peacocks & Pearls Lexington: 200 Lexington Green Circle, Suite #170, Lexington, KY 40503. Include your receipt and phone number in package.
3. Once we have received the package we will call you for your credit card number and issue a refund in the amount you paid, minus the shipping cost.
Purchases made after Nov 1st, excluding Holiday specific merchandise, will be eligible for a full refund until January 5th with receipt and tags. With a gift receipt you will receive store credit until January 5th. Holiday specific merchandise is final sale. Ex. pajamas, sweaters, earrings, mugs, wine glasses and candles referencing the holidays, etc.
We try to keep the website up to date with what is on our Instagram page, but if there is an item featured on Instagram and you cannot find it online please call or text our Lexington store! (859.285.2578) We will either check you out over the phone or update the website so that item can be accessed online.
